Introduction
A pay plan is a laid down set of guidelines from which affiliates of an organization are compensated.
The SBC pay plan is one among a few with the Highest Commissions.
HOW YOU GET PAID IN SBC
SBC pay plan combines two unique ways of getting paid which are:
1. DIRECT REFERALS : These are the affiliates who directly join SBC using a unique name called username. The username is used in identification of who the sponsor/introducer/upline is.
When one has joined and upgrades his/her account as the 1st, 3rd,5th to infinity, they are referred to as KEEPS and the sponsor is compensated $25 every time they renew their accounts which is after every 30 days.
2. INFINITY POWERLINE : These are inherited affiliates from your success team called pass ups coded as the 2nd and 4th people who upgrade their accounts under your keeps. One also inherits affiliates of these received members to infinity. The recipient is compensated $25 from a received pass up and will continue from them every time they renew their accounts.
Definitions of Terms Used Above
A]. USERNAME : a unique name that I’d used to join SBC. Joining SBC is strictly by invitation only. This helps the system in identification of who the sponsors of the new members are. While creating one, make sure you check availability because if you use an existing one, the system will reject your sign up.
B]. KEEPS – affiliates who directly join and upgrade their SBC accounts being coded as the 1st, 3rd,5th, 6th to infinity.
C]. PASS UP : An inherited member from keeps who upgrade their accounts as the 2nd or 4th members. They also give you their 2nd and 4th people who upgrade under them.
EXPLANATION OF KEEPS & PASSUPS COME IN BEING .
1. This is the illustration of how your team grows horizontally. One is allowed to introduce or refer to as many people as he/she can.
Colour coding and numbering are used to differentiate between pass ups and keeps where
A]. The ones coded 1,3,5 6…and coloured blue are all keeps from whom YOU Earn $25 every time they renew their accounts and
B]. The ones coded 2 & 4 and coloured black are passed up to your inheritor/sponsor/upline.
3. what will happen as earning in SBC is dependent on one’s efforts to build and retain a network network [KEEPS & PASS UPS].
NOTE: These projections in HOW IT WORKS ON THE MENU illustrate one’s network considering only the first four upgrades for every individual reason being that keeps and pass ups are found among the first 4 upgrades. Since one keeps all upgrades from the 5th, your income will be higher than this projection.
4. The number of active members in your network will determine how much you get paid. NOTE: The active members comprise of both keeps and pass ups so you don’t have to worry about how your team grows to the illustrated numbers, just start working on your team now because the earlier you start, the better chance of your team growing bigger.
The compensation in SBC is such that you earn a residual income. A residual income is repeated earning from an individual. This is facilitated by the monthly subscription of your team members to the premiums covered under PRODUCTS.
NOW you understand how you will be paid from your activities on the site which is basically refering as many people into your network who upgrade their accounts. Then coach your team members to duplicate your efforts by introducing others under them and in the long run, you receive pass ups who actually will not be your efforts but the efforts of your network.
